So that's what it is like when your team doesn't accept mediocrity as a standard

Ken Dorsey coughed up all those James Cooks fumbles? I think not.

They are not a “Trust the Process” organization.

Thought this would be a Should We thread. Have a downvote

Whole different situation, I watched the game, Bills losing is not Ken Dorsey fault!

I'd hire him immediately.

This move puts all the pressure on Mcdermott now. He no longer has a scapegoat to blame if things continue south this season.
Meanwhile our front office will wait until the offseason to let Allen scapegoat Pete and keep his job another year.

This is what happens when the head coach is coaching for his job. I fully expect Allen to be retained Carmichael to be the only casualty this season. If Allen was worried about his job Pete would have been gone a few games ago.

It’s Ben Johnson or bust but that guy is never going to come here with Derek Carr as his QB and a defense that gets senior citizen discounts at restaurants. He’s going to be able to have his pick where he wants to go if the available teams.

And no OC worth a damn will want to work for a lame duck head coach. Cut the head off and clean house.

I wanted McDaniel. I would love Ben Johnson.

The front office accepted this as soon as they made Allen the head coach and let him keep Pete.
