he's been able to avoid surgery so far, the team decided he'll be inactive this week.

Didn't even know this was possible.

Hill is the better blocker too, IMO.
I think Watson has been just as good a blocker as Hill.

they would have been better off putting him in surgery immediately

I’m not disagreeing. Hill is really good on the outside when we run that pitch to Kamara.

Dude has 5 catches in the last 4 games...I'm pretty sure we'll be able to survive this. I do feel bad for him tho.

Dan Arnold has been in the doghouse apparently. I’m wondering if he will be active or not. Makes things interesting.

Antibiotics.

The catch is recurrence is high so you're eventually gonna need to take it out anyway. This is more of less likely let's put it off til after the SB. Lol

I doubt they'll assigned Dan "No Hand" Arnold to an important game as this.

no, but Peat does, and he had surgery on his fricking broken hand and played a week later, he would 100% recover from an appendectomy. I was fine 3 days later, the two weeks was just a reference to what his timeline would be

from another tweet I saw (so take it for what it's worth)...

apparently you can treat it with antibiotics so long as the appendix hasn't burst

fair enough. i've known several people over my lifetime who had appendicitis. 100% had the appendix removed.

Just another reason we will win Sunday. Bree, "guys, let's win this game so Watson's last game can be in a Super Bowl"

Ouch. That's a rough way to end your career. Hope he feels better!

Well that sucks. He's not a hugely important piece of the pass catching group but he is an option and were not terribly deep there.

The non surgical method is a more recent trend. Some studies show it to be effective as long as it hasn’t ruptured.
