Bruh if we can't beat Taylor Heincke, Baker Mayfield, and dalton/Bryce Young I'll be losing my shite.

NFL is crazy man. A guy like Baker can make over 8 million bucks for one year and it's considered super cheap.

For a QB, that is cheap.

Saints remain NFC South favorites. Carr won’t win you a Lombardi but he will beat these scrubs at least 4 times out of 6.

Yeah, I agree. It's just kinda funny when you take a step back and realize how much of a monster the NFL is that a shite QB can make 8 mil a year.

That’s super cheap for him, aren’t Dalton and Jamesis making more than that?

Wonder if Trask ends up starting anyway

Dalton got 8 guaranteed over 2 years. Basically the same as baker. Jameis is making a little less

Kinda wish we went this route. Have two shots next year with Caleb and Maye and a few teams looking for QBs will have just drafted one this year so competition won’t be as bad.

That's backup money/prove-it deal. Tampa clearly must not be finished at QB, whether they address it again in FA or get aggressive in this draft.

I can see them taking a flier on a QB in the draft, but tooling up to get ready to go QB next offseason.

Winning cures a lot. There aren't many team/fanbases out there like NOLA, where the fans will show up regardless of the product on the field. With that said, I hope we don't find out, but I wonder if the NOLA fanbase will tolerate long subpar performance now that they have had a taste of some success.
