That really wouldn't be relevant. If she is in the immediate area and he opened fire, the fact that he was aiming at him doesn't shield Hayes much.

Will Smith was arrested in Lafayette for dragging her down the street by her hair. This was observed by POs. she begged for charges to be dropped and they were. LINK

That's not what Im talking about. Something drove Hayes to shoot Smith, and it more than likely had to do with something involving Smith & his gun.
Mr. Thomson alludes in his press conference that Hayes shooting Smith was unprovoked. I understand why he omitted this.

perhaps Will freaked out because he had been drinking so he didnt want cops to get involved in rear end collision, just happened to run from the wrong dude

You still haven't shown where the hit 100% happened. You were blasting people left and right for speculating yesterday, but today you get to do it?

he very well could have been an untrained shooter. Shooting & aiming a handgun untrained is pretty difficult. The first initial shots are almost always off. Usually high, but if he was quickly drawing his weapon it could have went all over until he adjusted

That video makes it even more questionable that he touched Hayes. There's even less evidence of impact in that one.
But it is clear that Hayes didn't break check him.
