Living in GA, it is making me so happy to see all the fail cons fans flipping out about this article. I just cannot stop fapping.

As soon as NFL.com popped up in my browser, i knew what was about. This just the nfl and Blank angling for a new stadium deal. I actually hope they never leave Atlanta. It's nice to have a rival so close that you drive in for the win and then enjoy the drive home all in one day.

It's nice to see their fans flip out but there's no way they're moving to LA

I'd love to see their only remotely successful frachise leave town(it ain't happenin though)....but i also love the taste of falcon tears after they lose.

What the hell for? They had the best record in the league last year and still had empty seats? The GA Dome is hardly a poor stadium.

I think it's funny they are flipping out, but I don't want them to leave.

They are a good team to hate.

This. Plus I don't like to see any city lose a team, especially after we were so close to losing one.

As much as I hate the Falcons, I don't like see a city lose a team.

I also love the hatred toward each other. They are who we can't stand, and it's fun to hate then. Falcon tears are also great.

This is just a move by Blank to get funding for a new stadium, they are going no where. However, I do hope some fans have to at least sweat it out a while, kinda like we had to with the Brees contract and Payton extension.

pretty funny that the majority of this board mocks how shitty their fan base is...and then doesn't want them to lose the team.

Why would a fan of the New Orleans Saints want their biggest football rival to move 2,000 miles from a city that is one their biggest geographic rivals (Atlanta)?

they're not leaving Atlanta. This whole rumor is just Blank trying to get financing for the new stadium.

LA has expressed interest in just about every NFL franchise.

You have a weird definition of the term "flipping out". 99% of Falcon fans realize that Blank ain't going anywhere, and never was. And fwiw, the deal has already been made between Blank and Atlanta.

Actually, Blank gave up the extra $100 million. And agreed to pay off the remaining debt for the Dome.

you wish ill on them...you mock them when they lose the NFC Championship game...then "NO PLEASE DONT LEAVE ATLANTA!"

if they moved to LA, then the NFL would likely restructure the divisions, i'm sure. it's not happening, so it doesn't matter.

Just how many new stadium deals has the NFL gotten with that LA lever? Seems like a bunch. They'd be stupid to ever actually put a team there. It's too valuable without a team.

My beloved 1995 Braves politely ask you to - kiss mah dick.
I love my Falcons but I LOVE my Braves more.

Also, when this same crap happened to New Orleans and Benson almost left - it would've made me sad to see the Saints leave. Having a rivalry where both teams are good - is a good thing.
