Pretty much all short qbs find a way to see over the line.
What made Brees great was his complete understanding of the offense, where to go with the ball, and pinpoint accuracy.

Plus his leadership, clutchness in big games, toughness/availability, and his ability to relate to all players. God I miss that guy.
