Anyone catch Bobby Hebert on Mike & Mike?

Nothing terribly groundbreaking really.
Before he came on they touched on the trade for Graham. Greenburg and Herm Edwards gushed over the Seahawks, basically saying they would be unstoppable with Lynch and Graham on play action. Made excuses saying he played hurt the entire season and he's tough enough. Golic was the only one that focused on the Saints, basically saying it was a good move for us.
They teased the Brees being traded story and Hebert didn't really give them what they wanted. Said there was no way Brees gets traded to a division rival. However, he is 36 and if the Saints don't win next year with him (or think they can't win with him) he may be traded next off season.
Being an older QB, that would make sense. However, his value in a trade would be much lower than now if he plays poorly in the 2015-2016 season.

You notice Mike&Mike is the only ESPN show that has picked up on the Brees trade rumors? All the other guys know a rumor when they see one.

I can honestly say that my mornings are so much better since I stopped listening to that show. Golic and any other host were somewhat bearable at times though. It seemed that he would at least try to talk about sensible sports topics.

i cringed through the whole interview. Just waiting for his dumb arse to say something horribly stupid or drop an F-bomb

remember when they thought the percy harvin signing was going to make them elite? granted they won the super bowl but it had little to do with harvin who played 1-2 games all year.

Loomis and CSP should be run out of town if they trade Drew this year. It makes absolutely no sense financially and money is the only reason you trade Drew Brees. Next topic.

Only time Mike & Mike make it to my TV is when I'm waiting for SVP & Russillo to come on. But ESPN keeps bumping them, so now I actually get my work done at a reasonable pace.
