My wife and I talked about it for a quick second, before we looked at the prices……..then we realized that we aren’t ballers

Is the game still going to be played there. The NFL with all its safety precautions should reconsider.

The game will go on as scheduled. And don’t call me Shirley.

I seriously doubt this game gets played in France

It’s so embarrassing for the NFL and the Saints pushing for this awful game in what’s basically a war zone

I expect the game to get canceled or removed with the announcement coming Monday or Tuesday.

I arrived today.
Got a rental car in Paris and drove to the Loire Valley.
Just checking in to my hotel.

I didn’t.
My understanding is that liability insurance is automatic and that my credit card company provides property damage protection. The optional insurance would cost more than the car.

You are overseas so I’m not sure about the deets. Usually it is BUT you are also going to have the claim follow you for 5 years if something happens.

Again, usually. This is so unusual that it may have been worth the cost.

As embarrassing as the riots are I think people really underestimate how big these major cities are. Most people in Paris will not even notice anything is happening.

Still can't go to all the main tourist attractions. What's the point of going just for the game? Unless you're just a baller.

Exactly. You won’t be stepping into a war zone. Paris is huge.

It’s big enough that you can avoid a demonstration. I’ve walked all over that city.
