This makes no sense. Easton performed better and is still on the books for 3 years for WAY cheaper. Why would we waste this amount of money on a player who has never shown any sign of improvement and is constantly injured. He’s been the weakest part of our o line for 3 seasons. I just can’t wrap my head around what they were thinking. Most undeserving pro bowl player of all time.

Regardless of anything else involved in their decision making, Andrus peat is worth no where near the amount money they just gave him. I can’t imagine any team would have paid him close to that. Maybe it’s just home town bias and watching him suck arse for 4 years. But it’s just shocking.
