I wouldn't go that far just yet. The guys are the radio were discussing today that it looks like the approach has been to rotate by day who was with the 1's. Yesterday it was Haener. It looks like for at least the first week it was a rotation Rattler, Shough, Haener. Since Haener was yesterday, it's Rattler's turn today.

EDT: I, too, think Rattler is QB1.

Rattler has been the sharper of the 3 QB's but that should have been expected as he has a lot of experience under his belt for a 2nd year 5th round draft pick.

Shough is a typical rookie at this point, drinking from a fire hose. The good news for him is that he is not looked at as a must start rookie week 1. (except probably by some fans).

It's probably the best thing for the Saints that these guys are still so close in competition.

Nice

And picks don’t bother me. See what you can and can’t do.

I think Rico Payton is going to be one of those diamonds in the rough for the Saints.
BTW according to Ian Rapoport Noah Fant will be signing with the Bengals.
I Was kind of hoping we could reel him in particularly with Juan Johnson's injury but it doesn't look that way now.

I kinda wonder if Haener is ahead of Shough. He’s had a really good camp.

Juwan is back in pads today, so apparently his injury wasn't a big deal

Man what a change.
I remember commenting on DAs lockeroom speeches and what an absolute wet blanket they were.
Glad the team can have fun again. CSP was good about reading the team as CKM seems to be able but poor ol DA never even tried.

Every single media member is commenting on this practice and how different it was and how fun it was.

KM seemed to really enjoy it too

Competitive team, good coach, bad results = i'll still take it because you know its a talent gap.

Fat patricia's lions in 2020 (still better than) a fricking shitty 3-13-1 Campbell Lions, but he won the team over.

then 9-8
then 12-5
then 15-2

progress and a process.

I don't care what happens this season. I'm just glad Dennis Allen can't ruin this team anymore.

Rattler had some flashes last year. I'm interested to see how he looks with a healthy offensive line and receiving core. Tough to evaluate how well he played overall given the litany of injuries we went through.
