This coaching staff is not putting this team in a position to win. And based off what we have seen it’s not going to improve.

They also have no Michael Thomas, No Alvin Kamara, mediocre at best QBs, and a patchwork OL.

The turnover by dalton was bad.
Carmichael will be replaced in the off season.
You need confidence and swag in a play caller. Not a dude shaking back and forth.
Not sold at all on dennis allen. He has no fire.

Every team has injuries. Sean Payton had no problem putting together wins when his guys were out. Good teams overcome it

Run, run, 3rd and long. On the TD drive, they actually mixed up the play calling. Then right back to be predictable

Tomlin managed to go .500 with a third string QB, third string RB, and second string C.

Tomlin is a great coach. One of the best actually.
I think it’s safe to say Dennis Allen isn’t quite in that tier.

He’s in way over his head and I thought that could be a problem. Remember all Petey ever did was look at the iPad with Drew when the D was on the field. He never called plays. Never spent time in the Box upstairs! I mean like I said he went over the iPad with Drew and probably Drew said I need to do more of this or less of that and Petey was his yes man.
