Cooks speed with Stills who led the league in YPC

Colston & Graham as the mammoth targets

Double two of them even, yowza! Payton's gonna have some fun designing new plays.

Thinking a heavy pounding run game with Robinson & Ingram along with a long ball passing game we haven't even seen yet.

I think Houston liked Carr more than Bridgewater. Still, can't take that chance is Bridgewater is the Vikings' guy.

Just replace wherever sproles/moore lined up and put cooks.

I think they have to go QB, and it will likely be him.

Good first round fellas. Sleeping happy tonight.

so... is Bridgewater going to play in a college stadium for his 1st 2 seasons? Minny's building a new stadium at the site of the Metrodome right now... so I guess they're playing at U. of Minny's stadium while that's being constructed

Very happy with Cooks. Well worth the trade up, IMO.

Falcons' Fail

quote:

General manager Thomas Dimitroff admitted he wanted to trade back into the 20s in the first round with hopes of getting a player such as Ohio State linebacker Ryan Shazier or Auburn pass-rusher Dee Ford. Shazier actually went 15th to the Pittsburgh Steelers while Ford went 23rd to the Kansas City Chiefs, so Ford was the more realistic option.

Smith with the double negative and corny arse joke:
quote:

"Thomas was working very hard, and like he said, it takes two to dance," Smith said. "Shoot, I felt like junior/senior prom, sitting there and couldn't get nobody to go to the damn dance. ... We weren't getting the three-letter answer. We were getting the two-letter answer."

Downside is Lawrence is still available. Chad's gonna hate that.
