Get him healthy at top performance next year and trade his arse!!

As a guy who was saying just earlier today "why won't Zion talk to the media" I am definitely now saying, "Why the frick would he talk to the media" if he was going to let us know he's virtually 100% physically healthy but refusing to play postseason basketball

Man frick this whole pussy arse “My mental health” attitude these motherfrickers have. I’ve never seen a more collective group of soft arse dudes in my life than I've seen these last 2 years in the NBA.

Zion said he feels good physically, he can do pretty much everything he was doing before, and he's just a competitor and all he wants to do is play...

This is the worst look I could've imagined.

The crazy thing is both of our top talents said legit the same thing in the same year.
Show me all the dudes with that mentality that led teams to a title....

This is a a generational thing… too much softness, loving and being nice… rather than a bollocking, sort your shite out, get the frick on with it approach.

There is though, you see it all around the NBA. If you force them back and they go cry to other players as a team we would never get any other players to come play here and as an executive Griff would never get another job again.

This press conference broke you.

He's not a competitor. Jordan, Kobe, and Lebron are competitors. You think they're missing these games?
Posted on 4/11/23 at 3:30 pm to England_Pelican
Its all BS. His fat arse isn’t meeting the conditioning metrics but he’s not coming out publicly and saying that. So now its Im not feeling like Zion BS
Posted on 4/11/23 at 3:31 pm to Balsamic_duck
Lebron is playing through a fricking torn tendon in his foot, meanwhile our guys are healthy and won’t play because they got the sads about people calling them soft on the internet.

You think Giannis is gonna miss game 7 of the 1st round of the playoffs and say he's physically healthy, just can't get there mentally?
Lebron?
Curry?
Even if you go further down...
Tatum?
Embiid? He misses a lot of time and has missed playoff games, but he was actually hurt, not ok physically.

quote:Look at our own team, Jval and Nance played more physically injured during "meaningless" regular season games than Zion is physically injured for what is essentially a game 7.

It's unfathomable to do that and even more unfathomable to come out and say it in public.

Again its all BS. Its PR crap. He failed conditioning metrics and they wont let him play. So now its I dont feel like Zion stuff.
Posted on 4/11/23 at 3:33 pm to shel311
I fully hope this was a team Zion spin so Zion wakes the frick up but this screams Griff

I think we have to take this presser with a grain of salt. Some truth was probably shared. Some strategic lies/omissions.
Griff is likely the main puppet master behind this interview and the messaging today.
I can almost guarantee that Griff incentived Zion to give this interview, toe the company line and in return, he likely altered or eliminated one of Zion’s return to play benchmarks. I actually think this interview means we see him in the 1st rd now if we get there.
