It's also the same posters that seem to be ignoring the data over and over again.
The argument isn't "ONOZ Zion is missing game 8 and 9 of the season WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO OMGZ!11!!
It's "Zion has already missed 60% of games throughout his career and is about to miss three of the first ten without an injury... that's not good."

He just doesn't take his health serious enough.
We heard all offseason how hard he was working and then he shows up day 1 and literally says it'll take him 20 games to get in shape.
He's had 6 years to do it and hasn't. He is what he is.

Kawhi has won 2 titles and was also initially drafted to be a role player. Zion hasn’t even played in a playoff game.
I don’t think anyone ever considered A Bennett as a “franchise player”. He was a top pick in a weird draft. People both inside and outside of our fanbase constantly refer to Zion as our “franchise player”.
You need another 6 years to be convinced that any of this is normal or okay from someone that was supposed to be, not only the face of our franchise, but the best prospect since Lebron?
It’s year 6 and we still don’t know if he’s out due to injury or personal issues. And if it’s an injury, if he will be out for a game or an entire year. That’s unacceptable.

This game is the straw that breaks the camel back for you? Game 8 in year 6

The straw was broken for me prior to last season tbh. I was just saying the straw should be broken for everyone at this point. It apparently isn’t, bc a section of our fanbase has learned/decided to accept Zion’s constant unavailability as normal.

Whether the straw is broken or not, it's the only straw we have right now. If Giannis asks out and you can work a Zion for Giannis swap you do it. Short of something like that, there don't seem to be a ton of options on the horizon that would actually improve our situation.
He did play 70 games last year. If it was his average rather than his peak, most people would think that was good enough and hope for better timing of injuries in the future.

And, assuming he sits out tonight, is currently on pace to play less than 60 this year.

This is why I was always hesitant to trade BI. Zion cannot be counted on.

I'd love Giannis, but that's going to cost a lot more than Zion.
At least Tyreke showed up every game.

Yall just take this shite too serious. Trey, CJ, Murray, and Herb are down. If the team wants to punt a couple of weeks in an 82 game regular season, I’m not going to overreact. I think it would be much more ill advised to play Zion 40 minutes a night and attempt to get him to carry this shorthanded and weak roster. If Zion is injured come playoff time, nothing else matters. So him sitting out game 7 and game 8 of an 82 game regular season means nothing. But yall just need something to get yalls panties in a wad. The 76ers haven’t activated Embiid yet and he doesn’t even have an injury lol, this is the way of the NBA.

He’s lazy. Plain and simple. Just watch him play. He just stands there. It’s such a waste of amazing talent.

You are getting cucked by Zion at this point. You keep creating false narratives to justify your position. Nobody said he should play 40 mpg on a b2b. 0 fricking minutes is inexcusable. I'm tired of wondering whether the fricking manchild will get out of bed and go to work in the morning.

You must be looking over your shoulder every where you go, I can sense the fear in you with how often you bring that up. Life as a little pussy isn’t easy.

Go pop your zits, kid. Nobody is scared of you.

Yeah Trey, Herb, CJ and Murray playing 0 minutes these past few games is really fricking inexcusable too, I’m going throw some trash outside in protest. Hopefully it blows its way to the smoothie king center.

Trey has a confirmed injury
Herb has a confirmed injury
CJ has a confirmed injury

You type like a high school girl. I’m ok with lack of punctuation but being too cool to capitalize the beginning of sentences is sad. You really just yearn to be accepted, huh? I’m sorry you weren’t loved as a kid.
