Once Zion becomes a Laker, do you think he'll ever play with LeBron and AD, or will at least one of them be injured at all times.

warriors win looking pretty dumb now.

Remember when we had AD, we at least made the playoffs twice. Will the Pels ever make it with Zion or do you think it will be after the team is in Seattle?

Honestly, frick this shite. I'm tired of this fricking team not making any kind of postseason runs. But that's basketball, right?

As long as it isn’t lower body it’s fine.

0-6 and we'll land the 8th pick.

I need to go dig up my Pels threads from last year and from earlier this season.. just to take a look at how fricking frustrating it is watching this team and then having experts on this board chime in with "Oh, you just don't know basketball..."
Well I do know we'll be sitting at home again. But hey, if it doesn't happen with Zion, I'm sure we'll get another #1 pick in the next few years and take the next generational talent to squander, right?
This fricking team.

Someone posting makes it sound like the alcohol and/or drugs could be flowing early today.

This is a "good" injury in some ways. Yes, it deprives the Pels of the opportunity to compete for the play-in, but we probably weren't going to make it anyway.
This will certainly drop us below the Kings, and it will likely drop us below the Bulls and Raptors as well (while also ensuring that we stay below the Spurs).
In other words, we move up three spots in the draft and get more ping-pong balls for a shot at a top-four pick.
As has already been pointed out, this has no long-term implications for Zion's health.

I mean, we won a playoff series in 2018, sweeping the Blazers in four games. That was three years ago, so I don't know what you mean. Did you mean going to the Finals? Did you think that could happen this year? Because none of the rest of us did.
Dude, we are in year two of the rebuild, and this team was never going to do anything more than get bounced in the first round of the playoffs. There was practically zero chance at the start of the season that we would make a "run." We should have made the playoffs this season, and we would've if Bledsoe hadn't turned out to be so much worse than anyone could have imagined.
This offseason, Griffin is going to make a big trade, and next season is the year that we should make a "run" and actually win a playoff series.

Should have completely tanked 2 weeks ago.

Idk I think those last few games were really valuable for guys like Zion and Lonzo's growth. They were in a playoff-like situation against the Warriors for two games.
But now we can properly tank, hopefully losing all 6 remaining games and moving up to the 8th best spot in the lottery.
Then when the Lakers lose the play-in games, we'll have two top 4 picks.
