And if it didn’t work, then he needs to be on the trade block. You can’t consistently as an organization build around this. Its what creates this type of mess.

But it isn't a cultural thing like you've tried to state. Zion being out of shape isn't the orgs fault. It's Zions fault.

Yeah this is some fricking bullshite too. You must've been asleep for the past three seasons.

Players around the league constantly say they don't want to go there and play. Coaches, before Willie Green, Jaque Vaughn turned down a job to go there. So say what you want the culture is horrible.

The "Org" should make his fat arse get in shape, but they don't because just like Willie they only shout at players on the low end of the spectrum.

It’s an accountability thing . It’s a nice guy culture .

The gm is not respected so accountability doesn’t happen . Can’t hold guys accountable when you’ve let one guy continually hurt the team .

They both need to go!

Theres no use of this discussion if you don’t think the organization is at all responsible for Zion’s conditioning issues resulting in injuries, missed games or bad play. Part of his job is being in shape so he’s healthy enough to play. Hes not doing his job. It can be BOTH Zions fault and the organization’s fault by continually letting this behavior continue.

If you work at a job and you continually underperform and frick up. But your company doesn’t fire you. Instead they support you and give you a department to lead. That creates bad culture because you’re rewarding incompetence. This is no different by tolerating Zions issues for years- conditioning, weight, leadership, maturity- Pels have created culture where they are rewarding Zion’s incompetence.

Its simple: you can have a bad employee but if a company keeps that employee as an integral part of their core: you create bad culture and thats the company’s fault.

Judging by the number of downvotes in this thread for reasonable complaints it’s good to see the pels bootlickers and “mod” up to their normal bootlicking.

Zion is a lazy tub of shite and the Griff and company run a joke of a franchise. Both can clearly be true.
