WTF was Griff doing in the FO?

Hearing stories that we have the smallest front office and I distinctly remember him building it out when he got here. Did he just let everyone go?

You want to clarify? You can hate Griff for a lot of things but our organizational structure is in a much better place because of him.

Do you think it was his choice to have a small FO
or
Do you think it was the people that already had the smallest FO in the league before he got there's decision

Is there a specific complaint about the front office or do we just want to employ more people for the sake of beating our chest that we have a large front office so that must mean we our owners care more?
Let's take scouting for example.
The Pels have 12 people in the scouting department (meaning their title has the word "scout" or "scouting" in it).
Here are some comparisons:
Thunder: 16
Rockets: 13
Warriors: 8
Cavs: 9
Bucks: 9
Sixers: 8
We've also expanded on medical team considerably over the years. We've got multiple dedicated people in analytics, salary cap, etc.
Maybe it's an old complaint that people keep regurgitating because looking at our staff/FO, it certainly doesn't look like it's slim.

I think we used to have the smallest FO before Griff got here. I’m pretty sure we had Dell and one scout and that was it.
I don’t believe that to be the case now

This is what I was freaking asking. I asked to give comparisons to the other teams in the league but they would only give comparisons to OKC to try to make the organization look bad.

The only thing I can think of is they didn't replace Trajan and the 2 higher level people he took with him when he left. It still seems like it would be a bigger FO staff than any pre Gayle staff.
