If we can dump Graham and temple, yes. Absolutely.

well of course, but he's not hurting the long term plan either right now. He can be dumped at any point if you wanted to. You don't just do it to do it.

Hate to break it to you, but you aren't drafting an all star there, and you're unlikely to even get a starter even if they do pan out well. But i do understand that it makes more sense to take that chance on pick 15 than to keep Temple, but my point is there's other ways to create that roster spot if that's what the goal is.
Hell Sacramento is said to want to move away from Barnes and get younger. You know Jax/DG make the same exact amount that Barnes does. Barnes would be a great vet to bring in for Trey to learn with, on top of the fact that he would help us win now.

I get why people want to do it, but i'm 100% against trading 8 to move to 13 & 15 regardless of the roster spot situation. That's just my opinion. If we are going to trade back, then i want a player back that i already know what he can bring to the table.

I didn't say we were. We're not drafting one at 8, either, almost assuredly.

First of all, who said anything about needing an allstar?
Secondly, everyone needs more all-stars.
Finally, you completely missed the point. I'm simply saying to stop coveting a pick at 15 like it's going to be anything more than a role player at best. Not that we don't need more role players, but expecting to draft one isn't good odds.

I'm more on the either move up and try to draft an all star level player like Ivey, or move down and get back a veteran role player like Huerter.

Teams with multiple picks are expected to try to move up in the draft, @Sam_Vecenie
and @johnhollinger
write.

Teams to watch include:
? OKC (Nos. 2, 12 and 30)
? SAS (Nos. 9, 20, and 25)
? CHA (Nos. 13 and 15)
? MEM (Nos. 22 and 29)

plenty of buzz about teams wanting to move up.

Not really in a big hurry to move down.

I'm with you 100% if the Pels could pull Williams and Dieng.

Lmao I'm sure we'd jump at that deal, but OKC has to agree to it as well.
