The only way he would ALSO have LAL/NOP info is if his source is the league office.
Most people outside of Woj/Shams that have any sources are sources with a particular FO, and NYK/Dallas were involved in that deal not this one.
I think it is most likely a dude that struck gold with that inside info and is just taking a gamble on the best odds at a deal here to keep it going.

That guy is full of shite.
He did “predict” that AD requested a trade months ago , but it wasn’t a very hard prediction to make.
I offered him a 100 dollar bet and he ignored me. What does that tell you. If he knew you’d think he would want free money.
