The Willie comparisons are because they are very similar coaches. Neither are Xs and Os guys at all, they are rah rah motivation guys that preach toughness. No offensive systems to speak of. Need assistants for Xs and Os

Mosley was certainly more successful doing it but still nothing special.

Again, I'll scream it from the mountaintops, the focus now shifts to the staff and you MUST get Micah Nori. Dude is an offensive stud under the Finch tree (remember that really awesome team we had with Gentry? - that was Finch's offense)

They gave Mosley a 5 year deal which seems crazy
