Will this team ever retire a jersey?

The team has been in New Orleans close to 20 years and has still yet to retire a jersey. If they get a star like Paul or Davis, they demand to be traded and burn bridges. If they sign a star free agent, it is when their best years were played with another team (Peja).

I don't understand why David West doesn't have his retired. Maybe he played somewhere, but he didn't pull the shenanigans that Paul and Davis did to leave.
