On January 17, 2024, the Newport Beach Police Department stated that it had completed its investigation, and that after reviewing all available information, it had reached the conclusion that Josh Giddey had not engaged in any criminal activity. No charges were tendered to the prosecutor for any additional action against Giddey and the investigation was closed.
What I want to know from you slanderers, what additional evidence do you possess that the Newport Beach Police Department did not have, to determine that Giddey was criminally guilty and/or to label him a child molester? I hope that you, your brother, your father, your uncle, your cousin, or your child is never falsely accused in the manner that you treat Giddey

Without their cooperation pretty much all they have is a couple posts on social media, so they really have no evidence that would hold up in court.
Everyone knows he’s guilty, but actually having enough evidence to charge him is another matter.

That is NOT what they said. They said they “were unable to corroborate any criminal activity” against Giddey. Thats far different than saying he had not engaged in any criminal activity. We all are fairly certain what he did (and you are too), it’s just the prosecutor realized without the cooperation of the underage girl he had sex with they would have little chance of proving their case.

So, she changed her story to make it look like he was taking advantage of her.

That's basically what I'm sayin, I'm just referrin to what the poster said about him being a pedo. I know the guy isn't a pedo or has had allegations brought up against as being one. But the poster is slanderin him by callin him that. So, I edited what I originally said to be clearer.
