On January 17, 2024, the Newport Beach Police Department stated that it had completed its investigation, and that after reviewing all available information, it had reached the conclusion that Josh Giddey had not engaged in any criminal activity. No charges were tendered to the prosecutor for any additional action against Giddey and the investigation was closed.

What I want to know from you slanderers, what additional evidence do you possess that the Newport Beach Police Department did not have, to determine that Giddey was criminally guilty and/or to label him a child molester? I hope that you, your brother, your father, your uncle, your cousin, or your child is never falsely accused in the manner that you treat Giddey
