Why are we in 6th in the standings when our winning % is higher than the team in 5th?

That’s not right, the Suns have a slight lead plus they beat us when we played.

The loss column is the only thing that matters during the regular season

35-24 is better than 36-25. The first is over .500. Then going 1-1 the next two games. Which is .500

You can't get losses back but you can alwaya win more games. So the losses are weighted a bit more which makes sense.
