re: Who you want if we land the #2 pick?

I like Suggs and Green from what I’ve seen, but I haven’t watched Green enough to say anything with even remote conviction.

He does look like the player we need.

Regardless, if we get anything but 1, that pick is getting shopped.

If we got a top 4 pick, then I really hope you are wrong about this. I hate trading picks on draft day for players, feel like it doesnt ever work out

I'm assuming he goes late first, but I'd really love to draft him somehow. Especially if we let Hart walk or S&T him. He comes into the league able to contribute decent minutes I think. Good defense, shooting, BBall IQ, etc..

Duarte competes with Naji immediately for a rotation spot. Would love to have him. He's the kind of player that are important if you want to be a winning team, especially in a smaller market where vet role players may not flock to you in free agency.

Think Bane for Memphis or Monte Morris for Denver

John Wall had elite elite athleticism. Suggs is athletic, but not like Wall was. John Wall would stand out as the fastest guy on the court. When you can do that, stand out in the NBA, you're on a level by yourself, or with very few people.

Suggs player comparisons are Billups, Brandon Roy, Jamal Murray.
John Wall's player comparisons were Derrick Rose and Westbrook, two extremely athletic guys.



I'd rather Green if we were picking 2, but i wouldn't be upset if we took Suggs.
