---MOST importantly...we need to use him the proper way. Since coming to NO...he is 18-50 from 3 overall, a decent 36%...BUT, looking closer, he is 13-28 on corner 3s (46.4%) and 5-22 on non-corner 3s (22.7%).

---Bottom line...get Larry in the corner quite often & open up things inside for anybody who chooses to go to the hoop. Just about everybody agrees, we need to increase the number of 3s we shoot during a game. This is a good place to start.

I don’t think you want Larry shooting threes on any real volume.

Yeah, but I remember him avoiding open 3s towards the end of the season. He needs to be confident enough to take them when he's open.

Yea most of his attempts at the end of the year were coming at the end of the shot clock. He was super reluctant.

Ideally he’s back to being the athlete he was in the first half of the season so he can be a roll threat and get out of the corner a bit more.

Idk his last couple years in Cleveland he was a solid shooter on decent volume. I'd actually like to see him shoot more 3s. He averaged 0.6 3PAs last year. He should shoot more than that

I def remember teams letting Nance shoot as many corner threes as he wanted, and Nance doing the thing by not shooting them. He had a couple years in Cleveland where he shot 35% on very low volume (less than 3 attempts per game). I don’t see anything changing in the future.

Pretty sure he played with a bit of banged up right shoulder last season. I know for a fact ALL the Pels' players read my posts...so I'm sure he'll be in that corner, workin' on that 3-ball...between now and the start of the season.

Nance's best games were with Zion - i guess everyone did - but Nance made Zion better especially in the stretch.

Keep him
