What would it take to get Myles Turner from Milwaukee now that Giannis is out?

He’s a bad rebounder but good shot blocker and 3 pt shooter. I’d also check in on Sabonis with the Kings. He’d solve our rebounding and offense from the 5 issue. Walker Kessler would be the guy I want most but Utah isn’t giving him up even agter he wants a 4/$120 deal.

A late first, which we don’t unfortunately have. If we do a bigger shakeup that ends up with picks that aren’t ours, maybe something can be done.

Turner is a very imperfect player, but we need a center in a bad way and we really need a proof of concept. If the opposing team keeps a center in the paint, we need to make them pay.

Stop trying to build around Zion. The days of coveting Myles Turner are over.

Yea. But if you're going to trade and pay a big man, he needs to be an anchor type that's still relatively young. Turner is 30 and has a lot miles on him. Doesn't fit the youth movement.

We've talked about this, but you just cannot pay Kessler what he wants for what he does

Which is why Kessler is the guy I’d want most. He’s young, blocks shots better than almost anyone in the NBA, he can run and keep pace and ge has a decent corner 3 ball.

Its not like the #1 reason we have failed the last 2 decades is because of weak arse paint defense and offense.

Do you know when we've had success as a franchise? The 3-5 years we had centers worth a frick.

I'm serious. Tyson Chandler, Demarcus Cousins, Jonas. That's the 3 times we've been worth any shite at all.

You don't get Tuner to "build with Zion" you get him because we have about 10x the chance to not suck arse with a real center.

I think Kessler is a great player, and winning player. My issue isn’t just Zion, but the fit with Queen as well. You just dig such a hole for team building with two non shooting bigs.

But again, compared to what we have now? Sure, go for it.

I would be in favor of trading Queen if the offer was right. I’m not nearly as high on him as some people are. Fears is the star, Queen can be a good player but he has a lot of work to do.

Kessler wants 40 mill per year, which is like 27% of cap

That's nuts for a guy that can't score at all

Sorry but Tuner doesn't fix the Pelicans issues. There's a reason why he's been a sub 30 minute guy for the majority of his career. He a backside shot blocker with some good mobility but he isn't a good rebounder nor is he an anchor on defense. The two problems the Pelicans will continue to have even if he's on board.

He won’t get that. And only thing we really know is he doesn’t want the Jazz offer. They have been at odds for a couple years now. I suspect him to get moved at around $30 mill per, but we shall see.

No he doesn't. He just wants +$30mil and the Jazz are holding @ $28mil. Someone will give him $30-$35 and we should if possible.

14.4pts/ 10.8reb/ 1.4stl/ 1.8blcks
11 pts/ 12.2reb/ 2.4blcks

We should want a guy averaging 12pts/ 12reb/ 1 stl/ 2 blcks a game....

My source says that he's in town and just put in an offer for Albert Haynesworth's old house.

We are 100% going to sign Myles Turner on a one year deal when he's 38 and washed and everyone is going to hate him.
