Jose, Naji and Dyson about to get up in CP3 and Cam Payne's anus.
ETA: upon reflection, that doesn't sound they way it did in my head. Anyway, I'm leaving it.

1. 7 technicals were called in quarter3
2. I watched some of it. I had been watching pels.
I can't stand shaq. rude to chuck after the 8 for 8 tm3 note.
warriors forced passes into trouble. a lot of turnovers. hair puller stuff. self destructive.
that was how suns took the first half.
I texted my sister about the early turnovers. not unusual for them.
Poole is the real deal.
Klay is not the Klay of old.

Anyone else think the Mavs are going nowhere?
They have an elite player, a talented a-hole, and a decent role player in Dinwiddie.
That roster sucks.

I am skeptical that Doncic will ever win a title, because the only way his team wins is if he does it by himself ... and he has nights when he's off. And I don't think that's going to change, because he's such a ball hog that no other elite player is ever going to want to play with him.
I see them somewhere in the 6-8 range this season. Brunson is a bigger loss for them than Wood is a gain.

I don't understand how the Nets look so lackluster with KD and Kyrie. I know they are good individual players but it just doesn't seem to work as good as team basketball. The Bucs don't look sharp either... I am just waiting for the Lakers debacle coming up next.

The are older and not as good as they used to be. I know Joel and AD said a dozen times when we played BKN that KD is still the best basketball player on the planet, but it's just not true anymore.
In no order, I think Steph, Giannis, Embiid, and Jokic are better, and I think that Luka is arguable.

Individually KD and Kyrie make amazing plays. Ben has actually looked good on defense but still had mistakes. You would think a situation with Ben running point and Kyrie and KD on the floor they could make some mismatches or just have wide open shots for their other players but it just doesn't happen. You are more likely to get Kyrie running by everyone or KD shooting over someone.
I look forward to BI getting on your list of best in the world sooner than later.

I hope the recent failures of LeGM, Durant, Kyrie, Harden, Simmons give NBA Execs the balls to stop catering to these pussies.

Some teams will still do it, but I think the era of the massive trade Super Friend team up may be a little bit done.

he got in trouble vs two guys but forced a shot with no one to rebound.
I think he's in trouble psychologically. getting a tech first time ever.
and
the warriors are not playing smart ball.
vs suns gsw reminded me of the sprewell ny Knicks nba finalist. turnovers due to
forcing long passes.

The Mavs at Nets game tonight is interesting; one of those fanbases is going to be very disappointed with their record.
(Oh, I know that BKN doesn't have a fanbase, but you get the idea.)

Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard will be re-evaluated in 1-to-2 weeks with a calf strain, sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.

They have a lot of talent on that team but it doesn't seem like they mesh well.

That's what happens when Kawhi doesn't play and Paul George shoots 4-12. He's 32, and I think he's not close to the player he was a few years ago.

Yeah, the Clippers don't look like contenders. But the Warriors haven't really looked like contenders so far either.
I think that, so far, the Suns have looked like the West's best team.

I see that the Mavs just beat the Nets in overtime. That pushes the Nets' record down to 1-4.
How bad is it going to get in Brooklyn before KD and Kyrie simply refuse to play unless they are traded?

Kyrie looks like the best player on the team, not KD. I don't know why they don't mesh better. They should be a very hard to guard duo.
