I’d trade Toni for Saddiq straight up

It’s complete crap that the Pelicans can’t good. It takes getting a Wemby instead of a Z, ie some luck, and better management. We have paid players plenty so it’s not nearly as much about ownership being cheap as many think. We just need to build a better roster first and foremost.

They were losing games with Hart. They didn't start winning until they traded for CJ. Pelicans fans have amnesia or something.

Right? Like when did bro start watching the pelicans?

Two things can be true. Josh was a valuable player. And CJ was a great veteran…

The decline of the Pels goes back to three moves Griff should have made that I said should have been made at the time.

1. Trade Ball for Lauri M. I made at least 3 threads on here about it and got told it was stupid, that Lauri sucked.
2. Draft Garland instead of trading down.
3. Burn the war chest on Spyder Mitchell when he was on the Jazz. Was also told that would be a bad move on here. Instead Griff burns our war chest or what was left of it on Murray, who filled a need but is not really a needle mover..

I did not know Jordan Poole was in Zions draft class.

I never understood not taking either Hunter or Garland with the #4 pick.

Or Colby White, Tyler Hero, Cam Johnson. (Hindsight)

I thought Garland had the higher upside but he went with Klutch. I liked Hunter and he was my 2nd choice, but he was more up a higher floor lower ceiling prospect. I would have been fine with Hunter if Griff was gunshy with the Klutch aspect as he just got burned by them. But you take one of the two. Don’t trade down.

We should have paid him the deal he signed with the Knicks.

First of all Josh Hart trashed the Pelicans, New Orleans and said he actually hated playing for the Pelicans on his podcast. Hart was my favorite player until he said all that ish about our squad. So to HELL with Josh Hart, that's the only reason I hope the Knicks lose because I don't want to see Josh Hart win shite.
