but you're underestimating Love's value

No I understand it, but the bounty is too much. You're asking them to deplete their wing depth and give up 3 starters/ crunch time 5 for a guy who cant protect the rim when JVC isn't a great rim protector either. It's a terrible trade for them.

Why would they do that when they could just try and get Kevin Love in the offseason(s) without giving up anyone?

That's not necessarily the case. It's easy to say "They can get him next year as a FA", yet teams always trade for elite players that are about to be FA's.

please take Steamer out of there, I just threw up in my mouth.

I don't know how I feel about this trade, it's basically a salary dump for the pels. We'd be giving up 3 of our top 6 guys for DD. Landry fields is a nice depth piece as well. If we aren't getting Ross back then its a loss for us.

Well, per sources

Lebron won't rule out leaving Cleveland if its a "sound business decision".

Cav's falling apart faster than a book shelf from K-mart.

Awesome. He'd go back to being the villain. It's good for the league, just ask Vince McMahon.

Although Ryno and Asik for Love does solve a lot of Cleveland's problems. Like Thrillho said, we need to find the right 3rd team.

If things start to fall apart in Toronto I could see them being interested in adding a player like Love, but right now they are good with a lot of depth. I just don't see them making a move where they get rid of Derozan AND Ross. I don't think they want to move Derozan at all.

The one year deal idea is going to make it impossible to plan and build a team around Lebron. His arrogance is starting to outgrow his insane talent. That's impressive in its own right.

Yea I enjoy it, as currently constructed this team will not make it to the finals. Maybe this will bring about the end the Super team thing.
