i'm not gonna sit around and just let everybody automatically down the Pels without putting this out there

look at their wins, look at their point differential, look at their home record, look at the records Steph and Klay set this year, look at the MVP Steph's gonna win.

Should the Warriors close the deal, we're looking at one of the all-time great NBA teams EVER

Yall are underestimating G-State. they should have came in and swept us. we're accomplishing something by hanging with them for long stretches of this series, but make no mistake. for them this is their championship window. the Pels and our fans are worried about next year, and oh AD is only 22, he'll get a new four year deal as a restricted free agent, etc. G-State is playing for a title, this title, and in everyone's minds, we're not

No. No it isn't.

The Warriors (I mean Pelicans) stood around for the last 6 minutes of regulation and the Warriors (got it right!) kept playing.

Warriors (sigh, I mean Pelicans), an 8 seed, could conceivably be up 2-1.

Edit: I am an idiot. I meant Pelicans.
I think that I am traumatized from last night.

So what you're saying is Warriors > Warriors?

Or is it Warriors < Warriors

No they really aren't. And if so then the Pels must be pretty damn good. Game 1: I think it's safe to say our slow start was partially due to jitters, we were down 15 after 1, we made a good run but that slow start was too much to overcome. Then game 2: Tyreke wasn't close to 100% and couldn't drive as strong and finish like he can, so they let him shoot which he isn't great at. Couple that with Jrue was out that game and that sums up why once we put both of our second units in, GS cut the lead from 13 to 3 within minutes. If Jrue played I have a feeling our bench would have played at a high enough level to let us win. And in game 3: we all know what happened. We all know we should have finished that game and the stars aligned for them to win it.
Now I'm not saying we should be up 3-0 by any means, but it isn't a stretch to say we could be up 2-1. Just my 2 cents

I meant the Pelicans.

Good grief. I started thinking about the Warriors winning and was typing on my phone.

I am an Idiot.

I am suffering from trauma after what I saw happen to the PELICANS last night. Take it easy on me.

No. By having the best point differential since Jordan's bulls. Nothing major.

It pisses me off how little credit has been given to the Pels for making this an exciting series (even if we're swept). When we came back from 25 down to cut it to 4, the story wasn't the come ack, it was how the games was not as close as the score indicated, or how the Warriors were ever really in trouble. Same with games 2. Yet when they made their comeback (granted, theirs worked, lol), it was all anout the comeback and not that we dominated for 3 quarters.

The Warriors are definitely one of the most dangerous, well constructed and well coached teams I've seen in awhile. And I remember watching the Celtics in black and white. ??

Regardless of if they are the best or worse team in the league, the manor in which the Pelicans lost that lead and player rotation during it is mind boggling and very frustrating.

This year Golden State had a 10.1 point differential. Top 10 all time and comparable to the 07-08 Celtics. I dont know how you can deny that this years' warriors is at least in the discussion for the top teams of all time.

Edit: And theyre in a historically great western conference

Let's so how they do against the good teams in the Playoffs before you get all crazy. All they have done so far is barely beat an 8 seed that refuses to rebound for large stretches of games.
