Lakers would rather face the lesser opponent. Not sure how anyone could disagree

Having a preference and actively throwing a game to an opponent this far away from the playoffs are 2 different things.

It's interesting that 538 now considers the Kings to be our greatest threat for a spot in the playoffs. Their model just thinks that they are a better team than the Blazers (minus Nurkic), the Grizzlies, and the Spurs.

Hard to argue that, considering that the Kings have beaten the Grizzlies twice since the break.

memphis squashed the nets.
josh jackson led them with 19 in 17 minutes off the bench.

.500

another week before clarke and jaren jackson evaluated.

down 5 games with only 20 left. We’re gonna need to go something like 15-5 the rest of the way. We’ll be 12-8 most likely with Gentry.

It’s over. Just hoping we sweep Memphis and they miss. Their fanbase has been annoying as frick over the Zion stuff. Sorry he’s more popular and better than Ja is, not our fault.

nah.

pels schedule is by far the easiest of the pack in the hunt for 8th.

im not the best prognosticator though.

a few days ago i said i would eat my hat if memphis even wins 3 of next 10. they then proceeded to win 3 in a row by 35+, without Clarke, without jaren jackson.

games i saw pels and kings beat them, two things happen. 1. winner opens hot from 3. one i saw, sacto only missed one shot first qtr.
2. someone with great speed and d glues to morant, makes him look junior high. fox is faster than morant.
