Yeah I was concerned there would be a regression when Zion came back as they try to work him in the lineup. Hopefully everyone can be patient. It's going to take a couple weeks at least to him integrated.

Man I’m not sure what y’all were watching..gentry pulled him because he couldn’t fricking breathe after that stretch lol..his conditioning isn’t where it needs to be..and coexist? Everybody was just off. BI had great looks he just couldn’t hit shite

Besides Zion, the player I was most impressed with was Lonzo, simply for giving Zion the ball, getting out of the way, and allowing him to take over.

Anybody who watches this team and thinks Uncle Al is a good coach, shame on you.
This team is good enough to win, but not when our 3 of our best players play like shite.

No being able to coexist had nothing to do with BI and Jrue being shite on both ends of the ball tonight. They just choked sadly.

Jrue and BI shooting a combined 10-33 tonight is more a reason for tonight's loss than anything else.

In a perfect world....if we had just hit some of those looks earlier...we win
If Zion had been able to play for 30 minutes like he did in the 4th, like how he normally plays, then we win going away.

Both played poor defense as well. Opposing guards were getting by them at will.

We were down double digits then he scored 17 straight points in just over 3 minutes. If he can take over a game like that and Ingram gets over whatever nerves he had tonight in Zions debut then we’re gravy.

When Zion can play 30+ a game everybody is fricked

They had a bad game for sure. Too much pressure. Understandable for BI not for Jrue.
It's a shame too.
Doesn't help you have Uncle Al on the sideline either, he's not good.

We're probably more pissed because of the playoff implications than anything else. We still can't close games. I doubt it changes this season.

and coexist?
It is a real question.
Zions best stretch came when playing with four floor stretchers/guards. Our team coming in has found its groove playing predominately with four out. Lots of ball handlers.
Our current starting unit is trying to make two in and three(sort of) out work. Where that three out is reliant on Jrue and Lonzo being hot.
JVG and Mark Jackson didn’t agree on much but they both noticed how well Zion plays at the five with four ball mover/shooters around him which opens up so much for him. Which is what a lot of analysts/scouts projected with him coming into the NBA.

Our schedule in march and April is a joke
Just need to hang in there

Got to make shots and we didn't. Honestly we were only in this game because Zion went nutz. SA out played and out coached us all night.

We really have no clue which rotations work best with Zion. Hell, we don't even know what position he plays. There has to be some experimentation.

Also came when he some how went 4-4 from 3 lol. Whenever he was in with BI and jrue he did fine finding the open guys just nobody made shite tonight. They will be fine once they get over this shite game

The entire team outside of Zion was off. We missed a lot of open threes that we normally make.
The good news is Zion and Lonzo developed a synergy in the third quarter. I don’t think the team will have many off nights like this going forward as they redevelop a pecking order with Zion in the lineup.
