While I agree, there aren't many other teams that are going to be relying on a specific SL player to be a starter and anchor of their defense on a competing team.
If he wasn't going to be our starter next year during a very important season then we wouldn't be having this conversation at all. But here we are and his current play gives you more of a "cross your fingers and hope this doesn't backfire" vibes > "can't wait to see him dominate this year" vibe.

Dude has some really good footwork but is an average finisher after his footwork gets him some space. Queen also has some very good footwork and I believe even as a rookie, his handle can get him wherever he wants to go because he has great body fakes. Even without having any speed, I don't think he will struggle at all to get around dudes in the NBA, especially without teams game planning for him anytime soon
Zion also has underrated footwork but that's another subject.

Hoping for a bounce back tonight from Fears.
It would be nice to see Queen pull out a cleaner offensive game even if his defense still looks tough.
Want to see more minutes from Dickinson. I hope Missi just goes off 1st half and we can call it for SL.

I'm not going to panic over any of the 3.
Jarrett Allen and Clint capela took 3 yrs to be viable starters.
Young agile guards take 2-3 yrs as well.
Naz Reid took a few years to be consistent. Cousins and sengun took time as well.
