Very raw

He seems to always be either a step early or a step late to making a play

That will come with time though

Again, if you watched Karlo in Birmingham, you saw all this. Good athlete, hustle and actually has a nice looking stroke out to 3 point line. Really thought the Pels would bring him up for end of last season...

Impressed with how Karlo is looking. His defense is better than expected. Athleticism and reflexes are there, really just needs to work on his positioning and physicality.

I wasn’t able to watch him but I knew looking at the stat lines he made a huge leap over what we had seen in last years summer league.

His play so far here definitely shows he’s made serious progress in his development

Missi looked raw which was expected.

Karlo looks like he could play 8-10 mpg right now.

Hawk was disappointing. He’s a sophomore, he should be dominating this space

Last SL he looked like he forgot how to play basketball he was so lost. This game he was communicating and directing traffic on defense. The only thing he looked bad at was if he was ever in a crowd fighting for a rebound he never came out of it with the ball.

That being said, Griff is crazy if he's happy with the current big rotation. I realize there may not be many options, but Karlo possibly being the #2 big is not good unless the no big lineups perform really well.

He was pretty rough, but he’s a smaller catch and shoot, off-ball guard that’s expected to be some lead handler and creator for the summer league team. These guys he’s playing against are still NBA/fringe NBA players. Going in and doing and asking him to excel in the weakest part of his game isn’t an easy thing for him to do

He excels being a part of a good team with good players around him that demand attention. Summer league doesn’t really worry me (unless his outside shot continues to look bad)

I think Hawk was shook by the amount of defense that came at him today.

I think we see a better version Sunday.

I hope so. Hawk being shook by non NBA players is not a great excuse.

I can understand his limitations with size and the fact that he isn't a great ball handler but if your only quality skill is to shoot then 6-22 isn't going to cut it..
