The people who take SAS for his word are pathetic. People don’t even question the media, if they put it out it must be true. Use y’all’s own brain, damn. Zion has never publicly said a word about this, but we’re going to believe a story SAS has been regurgitating for the past 6 years?? Come the frick on.

Zion is an adult making $200 million dollars, if he shows up out of shape and late to practice, it’s not the coaching staffs or organizations fault, it’s 100% on Zion. That’s called treating someone like an adult and not like a child

Again, you are pushing your opinion even when it does not relate to the comment you are referring to. We know you do not like him. My comment was a hard coach who works players hard (like SVG and Mike K got the most out of him). BI did not like that any wanted a players' coach.

Getting upset that I’m pushing my opinion while at the same time pushing your own opinion?

I don’t hate Zion, I just think it’s incredibly stupid to blame Zions issues on anyone other than Zion. $200 million dollars but it’s the coaching staffs and organizations fault he can’t get in shape during the offseason and can’t show up to practice on time?

That was in the media that BI did not like SVG's tactics. And I never blamed any of Zion's issues on anyone else, just stated that a hard nosed coach (like SVG and Mike K) have gotten the most out of Zion.

Zion didn’t play any defense under SVG and is playing much defense with Willie. The main reason why he averaged more points with SVG is because the league wasn’t game planning for him.

If you listen to Zion talk, it has nothing to do with Willie and everything to do with seeing Herb and Jose laying it all out there on defense

In fairness, I doubt any professional athlete would choose New Orleans over New York or LA.

I remember AD using that same excuse, wanting a bigger market for marketability. All he got was a ruffles commercial. If you’re not a sociable likable person, being in a big market won’t fix that.

Why is ESPN so dead set on hurting their own product?

Hot take. Zion will retire from the nba. Mark my words. Might be 1 year, might be 10 more years. I’ll be right about it though.

Eventually one of Stephen A stupid takes comes true if you spew enough nonsense.

1. Zion has zero marketability because he’s a fat half-asser without the ability to have discipline.

2. The NBA is not and will not ever be successful in Nola, because the culture of the players now. They all want to he in fame markets. They don’t care so much about winning championships as long as they have fame.

He did not become as marketable as once thought when he was drafted ("The Brow") but he became a surefire hall of famer in L.A. Not sure if he reaches that level with the lack of exposure in NOLA. Worked out nicely for him.
