The Pels currently leads the SW division, and is in 6 place in the West. With the way this team is playing and the depth on the team, would you ride it out for the rest of the season, or make a trade at the deadline, if you were Griff.

If you are willing to make a move, besides trying to dump Lewis, what move do you think would improve the team?

Jonas, Naji, Kira, and a pick for Jarrett Allen

Would have to commit to Trey starting if that move is made though. Would free up minutes for Hawk. Need to find minutes for Matt Ryan when he returns too.

Doubt you see any major moves to disrupt this current group. They may make a move to get under the tax or try to add a rotational 4/5 in the process and eat the tax.

I don't expect any rotational guy to be on the move. The more they win with this group, the less I can see any key player movement.

In the NBA division do not mean anything.
Just a common opponent for travel reasons.

League standings is all.
Your question still stands. Just wanted to point that out. This is not like the NFL or MLB.

A 2K general manager if I ever saw one.
Val has been so good I don’t get why anyone would want to trade him, especially for a center who’s not better. If we trade Val we need to get a legit all star in return or it’s not worth it. Jarrett Allen averages less than 15 a game and got owned by the Knicks in the playoffs last year.

All that masking just to ask the same question that is already in 8,000 other threads.

We're going to ride it out. If we didn't make any big moves in the offseason while injured and uncertain....we're not going to make any while being the #1 or #2 hottest team in the last 3 weeks.

Wasn't there a time when it did guarantee you a top 4 seed?

Yes. Changed awhile back when two top teams met in the first round because of it.

I don’t think anyone is eager to make a move. We’re actually in
Pretty good shape.

I would not be in favor of moving JV, he is playing really well and is consistent, rarely misses a game, and is steady as they come. He is a walking double, double and a nightmare for most teams.

Question - what are the tiebreaker rules in this new standings process? Does division and/or conference factor in? Minny and OKC tied in the west but Minny is #1. Why?
