No, only have to win two. They will play OKC at home I believe on Wednesday. Win that and they play @ 7/8 loser. Just like last season.

8 from the East and 8 from the west. Bottom 7-11 are now in a 4-team tournament to decide spots 7 and 8th.

How do y’all not know how the play-in works by now? They literally review the format almost 10 times per game over the past 2 weeks.

oh, okay, got it, thanks man. I know 8 teams make it from each conference, but I just wasn't sure about this new format with the play in and the qualifiers and all.

I am glad I have not invested my time into the Pelicans this season.

There were many moments post all star break where I didn't think 9 seed was possible - so I'm not confused at all

Here's another question - where does the lottery stop? I seem to remember that the two teams that end up with the 7th and 8th playoff spots are not in it but the two teams that lose out of the playoff tournament do have a small percentage chance in the lottery?

I hope some of the confused post are trolling, because where in the exact same spot we where in last year it's not that hard to understand.

All 14 teams that are not in the playoffs are eligible for the lottery. That includes the teams that get knocked out of the play-in tournament.

thunder and probably Minnesota. Minnesota best perimeter defender punched a wall. broken hand. out.
so 8th seed vs Denver looks doable.
goebert smacked Anderson for calling him out in the middle of the game.
visualize zion deciding to play 5 v 5.
