It’s called retrograde ejaculation; it won’t get better or return to normal unless you stop taking it…but then you probably won’t be able to take a piss either. I assume you are taking it for prostate issues; if you are on it for kidney stones then you can just stop cause it won’t help much...

Penile implants can’t add any length, barely any girth. It just provides functionality for erections. Usually only performed if the ED is bad enough that Cialis/viagra won’t work nor will the penile erection injections won’t work either. ...
