I'm going to do my best. Hoping I can figure out a way to automate the process so I don't have to do it manually (in case I'm out of town or something without service)

So I'm in lake Charles and have YouTube tv. Please correct me if I am wrong, but looks like switching to DirecTV stream is pretty much the only option.

Guys, we have someone who is streaming the game for you on YouTube and you can get an IPTV service. There is no reason to jump through hoops.
