re: Should we leave Randle in the starting lineup when Niko comes back?

That is a tiny team. You basically have four undersized guys for their positions. With Payton being the only one at or above the average size and weight for their position. And you still only have two guys who shoot better than average for their position.

I forget the handle but on Twitter theres an account I follow that will post efficiency ratings and last year Miller was always near the top for low volume players. I wish he'd get his minutes bumped up a little, when he gets in a groove he can be a really underrated bench player.

And when Miller's shot is off, he literally does nothing else at an even average level. If they need his offense and/or he is on, he gets solid minutes. If he is off or they have enough offense going already, he doesn't. Such is the case with guys who only bring one thing to the table.

Miller has a legit off the dribble pullup as well. He just doesn't know when to use it.

He's got a good pump fake too, gets tons of guys jumping with it.
Pump fake, 1 or 2 dibbles, pull up J. Money

Yep.
At first i was like what's wrong with Moore, why isn't he starting? then i saw him come in and i was like, wtf, why is Solo and Frazier starting over him.
I mean it kinda makes sense. At this point Solo is a guy that we have to hide so you might as well hide him with our best defenders and let Moore and Miller come in off the bench. That way we dont completely lose any momentum the starters build which could lead to sustained leads and not getting buried when the starters need a break. Seemed to be a decent gambit that paid off last game, let's see if they stick with it for a bit.

pels are top 4 on offense, bottom 10 on defense
Looking at your chart it you want your team to be right of the line and as far away perpendicular to the line as possible. That would indicate net rating. The Pels at an eye ball glance look to be top 10.

The Pels are 11th in NetRtg with a 2.0. LINK Typically 5-6 gets you into contention level so in theory they could Money Ball their way there by upgrading scrubs like Frazier/Hill/Clark with guys you actually want getting minutes.

Well here we go

You can’t sit Randle after recent performances.

Will Guillory had a good article on the Athletic today about the pros and cons of starting Randle. Worth checking out if any of you sons subscribe to it.

Randle/AD to be viable long term, they better get a real SF and Jrue needs to get to being at least a 35% guy
so no, to op.
When mirotic is 100%, he starts.
That real sf isn't dressing out.
Jrue has games where he is brilliant and games where he is just a guy. Accept it.
