Should probably be noted that both of those guys are Klutch clients.

I know we can't avoid Klutch players forever, but those guys already tried to make a mockery out of our franchise, and both of these players are about to be up for new deals.

We're probably paying a premium for those guys to even consider extending here.

Because people lose perspective. Their best player is probably Siakam, and he’s really freaking good. But what is he, the 25th best player in the league? That means most teams have a better player than them and most teams have a better record. If they had a real number 1 guy, and Siakam was number 2, and so on, they would be a killer team.

box office and on court presence. people who give up 3 firsts are scared to frick up their picks. NAW. Kira. mid round. not obvious.
they sacrifice contract salary flexibility and they get a known commodity.
