Pels are within a game of the 9th spot, but it also comes at a sorta bad time with a brutal 3 game schedule coming up.

Jazz
@ Nuggets
@ Grizzlies

That's tough.

Lakers schedule:

Warriors
@ Spurs
@ Rockets

Much easier schedule for the Lakers, but they also have a harder schedule after that.

If the Pels go 3-0 in the next 3, ya'll may have to ban me from this board. Its going to get wild.

Same, if we go 3-0 I might legit think we are going to the ship.

I think kinda the most realistic scenario is Pels go 1-2 and sneak a win vs either the Jazz or Grizz, while Lakers go 1-2 with a win over the Rockets. If we want the Lakers to win any games (we don't), I guess it would be the Spurs game.

I’m just wondering where would we be if we made the CJ trade 10 games sooner. Watching the last few games, Pels would be a very tough out in the playoffs. CJ and BI are playing at a very high level and CJ is definitely taking to a lead guard role very well.

I’m confident we get one out of these 3 but hopeful for 2.

I think the Lakers go 1-2.

Wouldn't we want the Spurs to win? We need someone to pass them up. I dont care who it is, but the Spurs are one of the only ones that have a legit shot at doing so.

It could go either way, so I wouldn't be shocked with the results. I will say if we do lose I just hope the team goes out swinging, showing they still have some fight left in them.

Well we don't want the Lakers to win at all, but if they win one game my reasoning was the Spurs because:

The Spurs own us so them getting losses is ok with me to give us a little padding, and I have full confidence that the Lakers will continue to lose other games while the Spurs will win some.

But I think the Lakers SHOULD win the Rockets game, and have a decent chance of winning the Spurs game.
