So I went to check my tickets this morning on ticketmaster and it says my order has been canceled. Yesterday I got the tickets in my account via email then also my card was charged....

I never once got an email or notification that my order has been canceled. I check it on my account and its gone..wtf? Who should I reach out to ticketmaster or Pels ticket office?

This is such a shite show and I want my tickets. This is dumb and they cant go back and change something they already did. I didn't sell any tickets on stubhub or anywhere else but what if someone already did? How do you go back and trace all of that down. It's their frickup, I just don't get it.

my game 1 tickets were voided. still have game 2 and 3 for now.

Coworkers who used the code (who aren't STH and no did not get the code from me) are seeing their tickets cancelled. All mine I got with the same email on TM I have on my pelicans account still is showing valid tickets.

Seems like a possibility. I'm a partial plan holder, and mine are still there. Although they don't have a barcode, so I wouldn't necessarily consider them valid at this point.

as much as it sucks, you can't be mad if they did it this way because everyone purchasing knew damn well who the code was intended for. Just hope I still get an opportunity for face value tickets

This is probably the situation, but still that's fricking stupid. It's their frickup. If they wanted to handle it this way then go about it a diff way. Just idiotic.


This is what you get for a small market team that never deals with this EVER. If you did it one way and you fricked up, own up to your frick up and allow it to go as is. Don't frickin change things without any notice. Sad situation...

it is fricking aggravating that they just cancelled without an email or any sort of contact. People who don't read this site probably have no clue their tickets are no good

Maybe I'm an a-hole and of course this is a cluster by the Pels for using a generic code but I don't feel bad for any non-sth getting their tickets cancelled after they used the sth code.

If they didn't use the code or if a sth has their tickets cancelled then that's a different story.
