Everything's rosy when you're the play-in darling and have a top 10 player back in the lineup.

Now we're losing. A lot. It's the doldrums of the season. Cold and gloomy. Wear and tear adding up and we're getting outworked and out hustled.

Hayes and Billy want out. Graham knows he's on the block.

Ingram has to know there's some frustration with him and his lingering injuries.

Kira has to be frustrated that he's not getting run while Graham keeps getting trotted out.

Zion, I'm sure is frustrated that just as he gets going he's on the shelf again.

Then you have Nance, Jose and Naji dealing with nagging injuries. Even CJ has that hand brace.

Basically, we've hit the hard times that show what a team is made of. So far, we're not responding well.

Willie may not be the greatest tactical coach, but I do think he can get us through this better than anyone.

Now is his time to shine.

I think the team needs a wake-up call and moving on from the disgruntled/ineffective guys will be addition by subtraction.

Team got a little too comfortable. Time to shake it up a bit.

Hayes sucks and Billy wants a bigger role. Not much you can do about that, same with graham. hayes and graham should be mad at themselves. Be better.

Not much you can do about ingram and zion, they're always hurt. Kira is just coming back from injury and probably should be getting some more run.

A lot of these guys need to take a look in the mirror if they are mad.

I don't think it's in turmoil, but the losing streak definitely probably has it a bit uptight at the moment.

Someone posted a stat the other day that the 3 wins we had in this stretch were the only 3 games where we outrebounded the opponent. Dyson and Zion are the top non center rebounders on this team and they are both out. I'm not saying it's hopeless until Zion/Dyson get back, but the Pels might need to change up their schemes some to improve the rebounding.

Whole lot of assumptions in that post. Hard to garner any "turmoil" based on that.

Rebounding is also partly about hustle and desire.

Yes, Jose is not going to outrebound Gobert, but you have to have the desire to bang and box out. Right now, we're losing the 50-50s.

Honestly, it started before Zion and Dyson got hurt. The Jazz MURDERED us on the glass in those back to back SLC games.

We need guys committed to crashing the glass. The coaches have even said, we have too many ball watchers.

Hell, this is crap I learned in Biddy Ball. Shot goes up, find a man and put your arse into him.

We struggle with basic fundamentals like boxing out and setting screens.

Billy just wants minutes, which is understandable, but the Euro MVP went to his head and made him think he’s better than he actually is.

Hayes just flat out has to many ups and downs (mostly downs). He needs to buckle down and get his arse to work otherwise he will be on a minimum contract next season with Detroit.

Graham has his limitations, but his problem is we’re mainly asking him to punch above his level. We overpaid him by about 3-4 million a year (not much but overpaid regardless), thats not Graham’s fault and he has limitations that will always hold him back.

Yes we’re on a losing streak, but every single player in that locker room apart from CJ, Zion, Dyson and Larry was there when we started 3-16 last season, they know you can get out of a losing streak.

It definitely is time for a shakeup, but not because the locker room is in turmoil, it’s time because we need guys that can punch in the class weren’t asking them to.

Does Graham want a bigger role?

Seems like he should be pretty happy considering what his production is compared to what he is being paid.

Graham is super chill. I can't imagine him causing problems in the lockeroom.

I think if the OP replaced "Turmoil" with "Lack Of Confidence/Belief" then he might have something.
