It requires this year and next year to be kinda ugly, but I think you literally can look at the team across the floor (OKC) as a way forward. You just have to have the courage and desire.
My biggest issue is that from the Owner to the Coaching Staff, everyone is complacent and lack the desire to do anything meaningful. As long as the PnL looks good, who cares about the W/L Chart.

Have to do another rebuild and at least trade CJ, BI, Zion and fire Willie. Get a top 4 pick and acquire assets. Punt the next 2 years
