It was a bit odd how LeBron kinda quit shooting down the stretch. He just needs to play 2 more games...and then he can probably coast to the scoring title.

Bron & AD in the final 5 minutes...

1 for 4 from the field
0 for 2 from the line

Amazing defensive effort at the end of the game. Willie drew up a good plan knowing Lebum would want to take the shot.

Westbrook was done after Jose got in his head even though he had just made shots. Then Herb blocking him on the alley just emasculated him.

A bit surprising that with all that jumping goin' on by Herb & Nance...that LeBron didn't jump into one of them & try and draw a 3-shot foul. But, to be honest, I'm not really sure how motivated LeBron was to win this game. He might be ready to get this season over, and the sooner the better

Started to mention that aspect also. He has been that way since very early in his career when he got a rep for choking at the FT line. Once you get that rep, it's very hard to ever get rid of it and LeBron has gone out of his way to avoid the FT line at the end of games for many years now.

Russ was really barking at the Pels bench on a night where he shot 5 of 15 from the field and was -12 when on the court, the worst among all players from both teams.

Sort of encapsulates Russ tbh

A player that has never understood when to take a shot and not be a detriment to his team when it matters most

I've always thought RW was the 2nd MOST overrated player in the history of the NBA. Even when he won the MVP...I wouldn't have him in my top 25 players that year.

The correct answer is Kobe Bryant.

So I watched the replay without knowing the outcome. Holy officiating Batman! The Pels should have had ZERO flagrant fouls. Our top 3 really put this team on their backs last night and beat the LeOfficials and LeBum. It was glorious.

BI hit LeBron in the face. It was inadvertent, but just like the NFL, concussion lawsuits has made head contact out of bounds, even if it's accidental.

As for Jaxson Smiht, he pretty much shoved LeBron and wasn't going for the ball. Maybe that's not a flagrant in the 90s, but it is today.

the definition appears to be “unnecessary contact”. In that regard Jaxsons foul was flagrant and we will take it. Ingram was incidental/accidental

I guess I am crazy expecting the fouls to be called evenly. Based on how other players are judged and the rule "unnecessary contact" our Pels didn't commit in flagrant fouls. If we want to go by the rule I guess the ref could call anything a flagrant... which they seem to do for select teams.
