Zion has attempted 6 3’s all season. BI shooting 0 3’s is unacceptable and definitely played a factor in us losing. He HAS to get it through his head that he has to shoot the damn 3 pointer.

Yeah and early in the game BI had a couple open looks from 3. He has to start taking some.

I wish Zion would shoot more just so they don't sag off of him as much. It would give him more space after he starts his drive to get by that first defender instead of always having 2 or 3 on him under the basket.

I like Hawk but his defense hurts us and he played good minutes tonight .
With the roster the way it was tonight Dyson has to be a threat offensively to limit Naji’s minutes . Teams don’t guard Dyson add he puts 0 pressure on them .

Blows my Mind this hasn’t happened yet . He’s routinely uncontested from 10-15 feet .
He needs to shoot those and the offense needs him to shoot some of those .

They will always sag off of him. Look at Giannis for example. It's never going to change as long as He's dominate at the rim. He would have to shoot it at a good percentage and at a high clip for teams to change the way they defend him.

Hawk is simply not a winning basketball player right now. We consistently lose his minutes. Dyson is an offensive 0 right now. It is damn near impossible to win an NBA game in 2023 making 8 3’s and giving up 17. Your best perimeter player cannot ever have a game where he takes 0.

With this team it will always come down to the 3pt line you can't get out scored by 27 from 3. We will focus on defense with White going off in the second half but the offense was the problem you can't only score 22 in the third our spacing is horrible with CJ, Trey, and Matt out. We just have to hope that CJ and Trey can stay healthy the rest of the year.

We let them shoot nearly 55% from the field. You'll lose 9 out of 10 times on most nights.

This was a game where I think Willie should have glued Dyson to slow Coby White down. I love Naji but going with Naji in this game down the stretch was a mistake.

Pels played really bad down the stretch though, so that part was inexcusable

We need a better backup big desperately.
Loss sucks but once CJ, Trey and Ryan are playing regular minutes again, I still like where we’re at as a team. I think, barring health, we can still make a play for the 4 seed
