Green is a terrible coach, anyone who doesn't see that isn't looking.
Yes this team is flawed, but the biggest flaw is the coach.

Our offense as a whole has been so bad during this past 9-10 games, Willie can't figure it out how to field a competitive offense.

Unpopular opinion but Herb has been bad since the Boston game. He hasn’t been able to take anyone out of the game defensively and has been an absolute non factor offensively.
