I think team will win our way to the 8th pick or higher and probably have similar results next year. This is probably our best chance to get a 2nd star that fits with the AD timeline.

Signing an extension means he loses a lot of money on his next contract. That doesn't mean he won't re-sign with his new team. Anyone in that positison would do the same thing. That tweet is obviously a misleading tweet.

I heard that the new CBA fixed extensions, but from what I just read it really didn't. An extension for Boogie would start at $21.5 million, a new contract would start at $31+
Has anyone seen anything different than this on veteran extensions in the CBA? If not then this isn't anything hostile, it's just about the money.
